products. Shipping rates vary depending on product
selected, destination and square footage needed.
Floorsonly.com has designed a state of the art shopping
cart that calculates freight rates based on your
specific order. Whether you are shopping for Hardwood,
Laminate, Luxury Vinyl Tile, Ceramics or Stones, our
shopping cart will calculate freight charges based on
the shipping class and destination of your material.
Please note:
Minimum freight charges will apply to orders that do not
meet the freight carriers minimum weight requirements.
This varies from product to product.
THE SHIPPING PROCESS
Once your order is placed, our purchasing agents begin
processing it immediately. We work very efficiently to
provide our customers with a quick turn around time.
You can expect an email from us that will provide you
with the most up-to-date information. This email will
also contain an invoice that shows exactly what you
ordered. It is imperative that you review this invoice
carefully and verify that it is correct in its
entirety. If you notice any discrepancies, please
contact us immediately so that we can make the proper
arrangements to rectify any error. If we are not
contacted within 24 hours from the time the confirmation
is sent, your order is considered to be correct and
ready to ship.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT DELIVERY
In order to keep freight costs down, all of our
shipments are curbside delivered. The freight company
will not bring the material into your house or garage.
You should be prepared to help offload your material on
the day of your delivery. If you require services such
as in-house service, you will need to make arrangements
with the FloorsOnly staff prior to shipment of your
material. Extra charges for special services will be
applied. Please keep in mind that cartons of Hardwood,
Laminate and tile are extremely heavy, and can weigh
anywhere from 35 lbs to 55 lbs per carton. We do
include lift gate service on orders over 1000 lbs or
approximately 30 cartons or more. Please keep in mind
that most deliveries come on very large semi-trucks that
need to have access to your job site. If your location
can not accommodate these types of trucks, special
arrangements will need to be made to pick up your order
from their nearest dock. In most cases, the freight
company will work with you and provide options regarding
this type of scenario. Any special arrangements need to
be made with the freight company and not FloorsOnly. We
are unable to refund any freight charges, as this is
prepaid to the freight company once your material
departs.
