2. Q: Why are your prices so low?
A: Floorsonly.com has virtually no overhead costs. We do not keep a large warehouse or showroom to stock and display products. We do not have commissioned salespeople. We do have a very efficient and extremely dedicated staff standing by to assist you with your needs.

3. Q: Do you have stock of my material?
A: We do not keep stock of any material. We deal directly with the source and order from the distributors. If stock availability is a concern, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives and they will be happy to contact the distributors and check stock availability for you.

4. Q: Will I receive top quality products?
A: Yes! Because we do not stockpile material and instead deal directly with flooring distributors we have access to first quality goods. We do not deal in product rejects or “seconds.”

5. Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: From the day that your order is placed, the delivery time is generally 7-10 business days. Please Note: Some products may be back ordered or in the middle of production and may require more time to get to you.
